We use the Optical program in Medflow.  Do I need to manually change the ICD 9 codes to ICD 10 codes in option maintenance / Drop Down Lists?

Yes, You can change the ICD9 codes to ICD10 in the Optical Module by selecting the File Maintenance drop down, then Drop Down List, select the Field-Diagnosis.
